What We Need From You
- Choose the video tapes you want transferred to DVD. It helps to number them in the order you want them on the DVD's. Usually, it is done sequentially by tim: i.e. years, months.
- If you are able, fast forward to see how much footage is on each tape and label it as such. If you can do this, please group together the tapes you want on the same DVD.
- Each DVD will need a title... it is common to select a title such as "Home Movies" or "Your Name's Movies", but the title can be anything you want.
- Chapter titles are need for each time a tape being transferred is started and then stopped. For example, if you have 2 VHS tapes labeled "Debbie 2003" and "Debbie 2004", these would be the chapter titles, unless you specify otherwise. We can only fit up to 26 letters in any title, so please keep this in mind when selecting them.
- Send us your tapes! The sooner you get them to us, the sooner we can get them back to you! You can ship them in a padded box by a reputable carrier such as UPS, Fedex, or DHL. We are not responsible for lost video tapes, so it's best to drop them off if you live in the area. See our contact page for directions.
*Duplication includes: Duplication onto DVD-R, Case, and Inkjet Labeling directly onto the DVD.
**Larger DVD cases with full sleeves and labels in the case are $1.00 extra per DVD.
***DVD-R's are not guaranteed to work in any DVD players over a year old due to technological advancements with DVD's and the players themselves.
